Nathan Kitt is the Managing Director of both First Choice Diagnostic Co. and Jem Health, under the legal entity Newport Medical Solutions Pty Ltd.
Nathan has led First Choice Diagnostic Co. since 2009, steadily growing it into the leading national provider of drug and alcohol testing, healthcare, and training services. With extensive experience in operations, compliance, and business development, he has been instrumental in maintaining NATA accreditation, modernising business operational processes through innovative IT solutions including Ai, and steering the company through complex industry challenges, as well as the COVID 19 pandemic.
Nathan acquired Jem Health in 2021, a national occupational medical business.
This complementary acquisition has strengthened both businesses and enhanced their collective capabilities. Nathan holds a Degree in Systems Technology and a Diploma in Business Management, bringing over 25 years of expertise in leadership, strategy, and workplace safety solutions.

Georgina is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and senior leader/executive with a strong background in financial and operational excellence, transformation and leadership.
Georgina’s career started with KPMG and she spent 13 years with Qantas airlines across numerous roles. Following Qantas Georgina worked in the media industry and was part of the senior management team at both News Corp and Fairfax.
